- Recruitment & Interview Management (RMS & IMS): We utilize a fully integrated Recruitment Management System (RMS) linked with our proprietary Interview Management System (IMS). This system tracks every stage from pre-screening and medical fitness to final deployment, dramatically reducing total processing time.
- Global Connectivity: To facilitate our international clients, we provide Internet Video Conferencing via Skype.This allows employers in countries like Saudi Arabia, UAE, or Qatar to conduct interviews and select engineers and technicians from the comfort of their own offices.
